Like many Shluchim, Rabbi Yosef Romano found himself drowning in an endless sea of menial tasks. As the assistant Rabbi and Youth Director at Chabad of Berkeley, he depended on a Constituent Relationship Management system (CRM) to help him run the organization. But the software he had was terribly inefficient and the better options he wanted were too expensive.
He asked around to see how others were dealing with the problem and found that many shluchim shared the same frustrations. Rabbi Romano, a life-long productivity hacker was soon convinced there had to be a better way.
So in 2012 Yosef, using his coding skills, decided to create the solution he needed from scratch. Two years later, in 2015, he launched Chabad Suite, a CRM designed to fit the needs of the shaliach. Today, using Chabad Suite, he helps shluchim around the world increase their productivity so they can focus on doing the most for their communities.
